These are hygienically machine made papads where there is 'No Human Touch' in the process of manufacturing to ensure maximum quality and hygiene.
These papads are dried in an automised plant.
The asaefoetida used is imported from Iran and the Udad Dal is of highest quality.
Hygienically hand made from pure udad dal. Contains black pepper and hing. The most commonly used papad variety in hotels, canteens and caters. In high demand during wedding season.
Also known as coin papad as its diameter is 1.5 inches. Contains 800 papad’s per kg. High protein content.
Taste best when fried.

Cooking Instructions
Fry them, Roast them or Microwave them.
To Fry: Heat Vegetable Oil in frying pan, fry each Disco Papad for 2-3 seconds. Remove from oil and drain extra oil.
To Roast: Roast form few seconds on open fire till they are cooked.
To Microwave: Brush Papads with edible vegetable oil on both sides. Cook on full power for approx. 45 seconds until ready.
Apply little GHEE on roasted Papads for a Better Tastier Experience.
