Overview
Hygienically hand made from pure Udad dal and chana dal. Contains unique blend of garlic, sugar, salt, red chilly flakes and lemon leaves. Also known as khatta meetha papad.
High consumed in Rajasthan, MP and other parts of central India. High protein content. Taste best when roasted in micro wave and the ghee is applied on the papad.

Cooking Instructions
Fry them, Roast them or Microwave them.
To Fry: Heat Vegetable Oil in frying pan, fry each Chana Masala Papad for 2-3 seconds. Remove from oil and drain extra oil.
To Roast: Roast form few seconds on open fire till they are cooked.
To Microwave: Brush Papads with edible vegetable oil on both sides. Cook on full power for approx. 45 seconds until ready.
Apply little GHEE on roasted Papads for a Better Tastier Experience.
