Overview
Total quality management is used to make the Appalams and the SOUTH INDIAN taste is maintained for our customers. These Appalams are sun dried in a covered shed to ensure hygiene & cleanliness. The ingredients used are of highest quality.
Hygienically hand made from pure Udad dal and rice flour. Huge expansion post frying.
Consumed by southern India and huge demand in UK. Does not contain pepper and hence suitable for people who do not want spicy papad, taste best when consumed with rice and sambhar.

Cooking Instructions
Heat Vegetable Oil in frying pan, fry each Appalam for 2-3 seconds. Remove from oil and drain extra oil.
Always keep fried Appalams in airtight container in dry place for preserving crispness.
