Ingredients
1) | Papads quartered | 8 piece |

2) | Big onion, minced | 1 piece |
3) | Minced ginger and garlic | 1 tbsp each |
4) | Tomato puree | 1 cup |
5) | Rajmah or red kidney beans | 150 gms. |
6) | Cream | 1/2 cup |
7) | Chopped coriander leaves | 2 tblsp |
8) | Salt and chilli powder to taste |
Instructions
Steps to assemble Papad Tacos
- Soak the beans whole night in water.
- Next day, boil the beans with a pinch of soda bicarbonate till soft.
- Heat 4 tblsps butter and fry onion, ginger and garlic till soft.
- Add the spices and tomatoes and beans and salts and cook till thick.
- Mix in cream and cook thick.
- Roast the papads in microwave oven.
- Put in a serving plate and place the bean mixture on each papad.
- Decorate with coriander leaves.
