Ingredients
1) Papads quartered 8 piece
2) Big onion, minced 1 piece
3) Minced ginger and garlic 1 tbsp each
4) Tomato puree 1 cup
5) Rajmah or red kidney beans 150 gms.
6) Cream 1/2 cup
7) Chopped coriander leaves 2 tblsp
8) Salt and chilli powder to taste  
 
Instructions
Steps to assemble Papad Tacos
  1. Soak the beans whole night in water.
  2. Next day, boil the beans with a pinch of soda bicarbonate till soft.
  3. Heat 4 tblsps butter and fry onion, ginger and garlic till soft.
  4. Add the spices and tomatoes and beans and salts and cook till thick.
  5. Mix in cream and cook thick.
  6. Roast the papads in microwave oven.
  7. Put in a serving plate and place the bean mixture on each papad.
  8. Decorate with coriander leaves.
