1) Papads 6 piece
2) Big onion, minced 1 piece
3) Big tomato,minced 1 piece
4) Green chillies, minced 2 piece
5) Chopped coriander leaves 2 tblsp
6) Black salt and chaat masala 1 tbsp each
Steps to assemble Grilled Masala Papads
  1. Spread papads side by side on a plate and roast for 1 minute on maximum power in microvawe, the papads are grilled crisp.
  2. Mix all the remaining ingredients together.
  3. Apply butter lightly on each papad and spread the filling on the top, serve immediately.
If you want the papads to be spicy you can add chilli powder according to your taste.
